To Evaluate Efficacy of Belinostat or Pralatrexate in Combination Against CHOP Alone in PTCL

This study looks at new drug combinations (Bel-CHOP or Fol-COP) for a type of blood cancer called Peripheral T-Cell Lymphoma, which hasn't been treated before. It aims to see if these new combinations work better than the standard treatment (CHOP) and are safe.
