Testing oral corticosteroids versus placebo for the treatment of fibrotic hypersensitivity pneumonitis
This study tests if steroids (prednisolone) can help people with a serious lung condition called fibrotic hypersensitivity pneumonitis (FHP). FHP causes lung scarring and breathing difficulties. We want to see if steroids improve lung function and quality of life for those newly diagnosed.
