Trial of Preoperative Radiosurgery Versus Postoperative Stereotactic Radiotherapy for Resectable Brain Metastases

This study compares two ways to treat brain tumours: radiation before surgery or radiation after surgery. It aims to see if having radiation before surgery can better prevent the cancer from spreading around the brain.
