Autologous Muscle Stem Cell Therapy for Treatment of Congenital Urinary Incontinence in Epispadias Patients

This study is testing a new cell treatment for boys aged 3 to 17 with a bladder problem called epispadias, which causes urine leaks. Researchers will use the boy's own muscle cells to try and fix the problem, hoping to improve bladder control.
