A Study of Abemaciclib (LY2835219) Plus Tamoxifen or Abemaciclib Alone in Women With Metastatic Breast Cancer

This study is testing a new combination of treatments, abemaciclib and tamoxifen, or abemaciclib alone, for women with advanced breast cancer that has spread. It aims to see if these treatments are safe and effective for patients who have already had previous therapies.
