Durvalumab and Tremelimumab in Combination With Propranolol and Chemotherapy for Treatment of Advanced Hepatopancreabiliary Tumors (BLOCKED)
This study looks at combining special medicines called immunotherapy with propranolol, and sometimes chemotherapy, for advanced pancreatic, liver, or bile duct cancers. It aims to see how safe and effective this new treatment approach is for patients.

Oral Propranolol for Prevention of Threshold Retinopathy of Prematurity
This study looks at whether a medicine called propranolol can help prevent a serious eye condition called Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP) in very premature babies. ROP can sometimes lead to blindness. Doctors want to see if this oral medicine can reduce the need for eye surgery or injections.
