The Personalized Psychological Treatment for Psychosis

This study is testing a new, more tailored type of talking therapy called Personalized Metacognitive Training (P-MCT) for people with psychosis that involves delusions. We want to see if this personalized approach works better than the standard therapy to help people feel and cope better.
