Acalabrutinib in Combination With R-miniCHOP in Older Adults With Untreated Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma

This study looks at adding a new drug, acalabrutinib, to standard treatment (R-miniCHOP) for older adults with a type of blood cancer called diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). It wants to see if this addition can help people live longer without their cancer getting worse.
