Pharmacokinetics of Bisoprolol and SGLT2i in Acutely Decompensated Heart Failure

This study looks at how heart failure medications, bisoprolol and SGLT2 inhibitors (like dapagliflozin), work in people whose heart failure is suddenly worse. It aims to see how these drugs behave in the body during this time, compared to when they are feeling better.
