Ultra-hypofractionated radiotHErapy and concomitant oral RelugOlix for treatment of intermediate risk prostate cancer. (Ultra-HERO)
This study looks at a new way to treat prostate cancer. It combines a special, shorter course of radiation therapy with a new oral medicine called relugolix. The aim is to see how well this treatment can lower a specific marker (PSA) in the blood for men with intermediate-risk prostate cancer.

Two Studies for Patients With Unfavorable Intermediate Risk Prostate Cancer Testing Less Intense Treatment for Patients With a Low Gene Risk Score and Testing a More Intense Treatment for Patients With a Higher Gene Risk Score, The Guidance Trial
This study looks at new ways to treat prostate cancer that hasn't spread but is at medium risk of doing so. It uses a gene test to decide if less or more intense treatment might be better, hoping to reduce side effects or improve outcomes.
