Randomized, Embedded, Multifactorial Adaptive Platform Trial for Community- Acquired Pneumonia
This study, called REMAP-CAP, looks at different treatments for serious lung infections like pneumonia, flu, and COVID-19 in adults needing intensive care. It aims to find out which treatments work best to help patients recover.

A Study to Learn About the Study Medicine Ibuzatrelvir in Adults With COVID-19 Who Are Severely Immunocompromised
This study looks at new treatments for COVID-19 in adults with weakened immune systems. We want to see if a medicine called ibuzatrelvir, alone or with remdesivir, works better and is safer than remdesivir alone for those who are unwell but not needing oxygen.

This study, called DEFEND, is looking at whether existing medicines, Paxlovid or Veklury, can help prevent serious heart and blood vessel problems in hospitalised adults who have had COVID-19. It's a first step to see if these treatments can reduce lasting health issues from the virus.

Pharmacokinetics and Safety of Commonly Used Drugs in Lactating Women and Breastfed Infants
This study looks at how medicines mothers take get into breast milk and affect their babies. We need breastfeeding mums taking common drugs to help us learn more about drug levels in milk and babies, to ensure safer choices for mums and their infants.
