Remote Ischemic Postconditioning in Septic Shock
This study is testing a new, simple treatment called remote ischemic postconditioning (RIPOST) for adults who are very ill with septic shock. We want to see if this treatment, which involves briefly squeezing and releasing a blood pressure cuff on the arm, can help improve survival for these patients.

Remote Ischemic Conditioning in PPMS
This study looks at a new, gentle treatment called Remote Ischemic Conditioning (RIC) for Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis (PPMS). It's a simple, non-drug method that uses arm cuffs to see if it can help stop walking problems from getting worse. It's a first step to see if RIC might help people with MS.
