A Study of a Potential Disease Modifying Treatment in Individuals at Risk for or With a Type of Early Onset AD Caused by a Genetic Mutation
This study is looking into a new treatment called remternetug for people who are at risk of developing a specific type of early-onset Alzheimer's disease due to their genes. It aims to see if the treatment can slow down or stop the disease before symptoms appear.

A Study of Remternetug (LY3372993) in Early Alzheimer's Disease (TRAILRUNNER-ALZ 3)
This study, called TRAILRUNNER-ALZ 3, is looking at a new medicine called Remternetug for people in the early stages of Alzheimer's disease. Researchers want to see if it can slow down memory, thinking, or daily living problems compared to a dummy drug (placebo).
