Reparixin, Placebo - Tablet for oral use clinical trials

Phase 2, proof-of-concept, randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled, multicenter study to assess efficacy and safety of reparixin as add-on therapy to standard of care in adult patients with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (RESPIRATIO)

This study is testing a new tablet medicine called reparixin for adults with serious lung problems (Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome or ARDS). We want to see if it helps improve breathing when given with usual care, and if it's safe.
