Effect of Sleep Extension in Prevention to Sleep Deprivation

This study looks at how not sleeping enough (sleep deprivation) affects how well people can run for a long time. It also checks if sleeping more than usual before an event (sleep extension) can help stop these negative effects, especially for people who do ultra-endurance sports.
