Diaphragm Structure and Pathobiology in Patients Being Bridged to Lung Transplant

This study looks at how breathing machines affect a muscle called the diaphragm in people waiting for a lung transplant. Researchers use ultrasound to see if different breathing supports cause different amounts of injury. The goal is to find the best ways to protect the diaphragm.
