TUBectomy With Delayed Oophorectomy in High Risk Women to Assess the Safety of Prevention

This study looks at a new way to lower ovarian cancer risk in women with certain gene changes. Instead of removing both ovaries and fallopian tubes at once, it explores removing only the fallopian tubes first, and the ovaries later, to delay menopause and its effects. We want to see if this new approach is safe and effective.
