Comparison of B-cell Depletion by Rituximab and Anti-CD 19 CAR-T Therapy in Patients With Rheumatoid Arthritis

This study compares a new cell therapy (KYV101) with an existing medicine (Rituximab) for severe rheumatoid arthritis that hasn't responded to other treatments. It checks how safe and effective they are at reducing disease activity and certain antibodies.
