Ibrutinib Combination Therapy in Transplant Ineligible Individuals With Newly Diagnosed Primary CNS Lymphoma

This study looks at adding a new drug, ibrutinib, to usual treatment for a type of brain lymphoma called PCNSL. It aims to see if this combination can better stop the cancer from growing or spreading in people who can't have a stem cell transplant.
