A Phase 2 Study of Mutant-selective PI3Kα Inhibitor, RLY-2608, in Adults and Children With PIK3CA Related Overgrowth Spectrum and Malformations Driven by PIK3CA Mutation (The ReInspire Study)
This study is testing a new medicine called RLY-2608 for adults and children with certain conditions where parts of their body have grown too much or developed unusually due to a specific genetic change. It aims to see if the medicine is safe and if it can help improve these conditions.

Phase 3 Study of RLY-2608 + Fulvestrant vs Capivasertib + Fulvestrant as Treatment for Locally Advanced or Metastatic PIK3CA-mutant HR+/HER2- Breast Cancer
This study compares two drug combinations, RLY-2608 with fulvestrant, and capivasertib with fulvestrant, for advanced breast cancer that has a specific gene change (PIK3CA mutation) and has grown after previous treatment. It's for HR+/HER2- breast cancer.
