Evaluation of the value of perianal infiltration during thermodestruction of hemorrhoidal disease by Radiofrequency (RAFAELO® procedure)

This study looks at a procedure called RAFAELO® for piles. It's testing if a pain-numbing medicine called ropivacaine, given during the procedure, helps reduce pain in the first 6 hours afterwards. The aim is to see if this extra step makes the procedure better for patients.
