LAM561 With RT and TMZ for Adults With Glioblastoma
This study is testing a new drug, LAM561, for newly diagnosed glioblastoma (a type of brain cancer). It compares LAM561 to a dummy pill, both given with standard treatments (radiotherapy and chemotherapy), to see if it improves survival and slows cancer growth.
