A Personalized Video-based Exercise Program for Fall Prevention in Frail and Pre-frail Older Adult

This study looks at a special exercise programme, called SAFE, for older people to help prevent falls. We want to see if these exercises, done at home, can make people stronger and reduce their risk of falling. Half the people will do the exercises, and half won't at first.
