A parallel-group treatment, Phase 2, double-blind, placebo controlled study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of SAR444656 in adult participants with moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa.

This study is testing a new medicine, SAR444656, for adults with moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). We want to see if it's safe and helps reduce painful skin lumps and spots. Half the participants will get the new medicine, and half will get a dummy medicine, to compare the effects.
