Savolitinib Plus Osimertinib Versus Platinum-based Doublet Chemotherapy in Participants With Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Who Have Progressed on Osimertinib Treatment
This study looks at a new combination of medicines, savolitinib and osimertinib, for people with a type of lung cancer that has gotten worse after treatment with osimertinib. It compares this new combination to standard chemotherapy to see if it works better and is safe.

Savolitinib Plus Durvalumab Versus Sunitinib and Durvalumab Monotherapy in MET-Driven, Unresectable and Locally Advanced or Metastatic PRCC
This study is testing new drug combinations for a type of kidney cancer called Papillary Renal Cell Carcinoma (PRCC). It compares a mix of savolitinib and durvalumab, or just durvalumab, against a standard treatment, sunitinib, for advanced PRCC linked to a specific genetic change.

This study looks at a new combination of two drugs, osimertinib and savolitinib, for people with a certain type of advanced lung cancer. It's for patients whose cancer has grown worse after already taking osimertinib, to see if the new combination can help.
