Endometrioma Sclerotherapy and Ovarian Preservation
This study compares two ways to treat ovarian endometriomas, which are cysts linked to endometriosis. We're looking at whether removing them with surgery or using a different method called sclerotherapy is better for protecting your ovaries and reducing symptoms.
