Phacoemulsification vs SLT as Initial Treatment for Pseudoexfoliation Glaucoma

This study is looking at the best first treatment for a type of glaucoma called pseudoexfoliation glaucoma. Researchers are comparing two treatments: a laser procedure (SLT) and a cataract operation (Phacoemulsification), to see which one works better at lowering eye pressure and reducing the need for eye drops over two years.
