Decrease Caregiving Fatigue in Group Leaders of a Support Group for Women After Cancer

This study looks at a special online course for leaders of cancer support groups. It aims to see if self-compassion training can help them feel less tired and stressed, and learn to be kinder to themselves while supporting others.
