Self-rehabilitation At Home After LumbaR Arthrodesis (SAHARA)

This study looks at whether doing exercises at home after back surgery (lumbar arthrodesis) helps patients recover better than waiting to see a physiotherapist. We want to see if home exercises can reduce pain and improve quality of life sooner for people having this common back operation.
