Efficacy and Safety of Selumetinib in Adults With NF1 Who Have Symptomatic, Inoperable Plexiform Neurofibromas
This study is testing a new medicine, selumetinib, for adults with a condition called Neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NF1). It focuses on people who have painful, non-removable growths called plexiform neurofibromas. We want to see if this medicine can help reduce symptoms and safely shrink these growths.
