Improvement of Quality of Life by Cannabinoids in Oncologic Patients (BELCANTO)

This study is testing if cannabis extract can improve the quality of life for cancer patients receiving palliative care. It compares the cannabis extract to a placebo to see if it helps with symptoms and overall well-being over approximately 12 days.
