Endovascular Ablation of the Right Greater Splanchnic Nerve in Subjects With Reduced Ejection Fraction
This early study looks at a new procedure for heart failure with reduced pumping ability (HFrEF). It tests if a treatment on a nerve in the chest is safe and might help. Around 50 people will take part to see if it shows early signs of benefit.

Alleviant ALLAY-HFrEF Study
This study is investigating a new treatment for heart failure called the Alleviant ALV1 System. It aims to see if creating a small opening between the heart's upper chambers can help people whose hearts aren't pumping blood effectively.

Alleviant ALLAY-HF Study
