Combination Therapy: Hyperbaric Oxygen and PENTOCLO for Treatment of Osteoradionecrosis of the Mandible

This study looks at combining special oxygen treatment and a new medication mix to treat a jaw problem called osteoradionecrosis (ORN). This condition can happen after radiation for head and neck cancer. The study aims to see if this combination works better than current treatments and helps design a bigger study.
