Trial of Sibeprenlimab in the Treatment of A Nephropathy (IgAN)

This study is testing a new medicine called sibeprenlimab for a kidney disease called IgA nephropathy (IgAN). It aims to see if the medicine can reduce protein in the urine and protect kidney function over time, compared to a dummy medicine.
