Single Fraction Stereotactic Radiosurgery Compared With Fractionated Stereotactic Radiosurgery in Treating Patients With Resected Metastatic Brain Disease

This study compares two ways of giving radiation after brain cancer surgery. It's for people whose cancer has spread to the brain from elsewhere. We want to see if giving radiation in several small doses is better than one large dose for preventing cancer from coming back and improving quality of life.
