Single Pre-Operative Radiation Therapy - With Delayed Surgery for Low Risk Breast Cancer

This study is looking at a new way to treat early-stage breast cancer in women aged 65 and over. It's testing if a single dose of radiation therapy before surgery, given three months earlier, is safe and effective for certain low-risk breast tumours.
