Reducing Neoplasia Recurrence After Endoscopic Resection of Large Colorectal Polyps

This study looks at new ways to stop large bowel polyps from coming back after they've been removed. We're comparing two techniques, h-APC and STSC, to see which one is better at preventing these polyps, which can sometimes turn into cancer, from recurring.
