"We Are an Active Family": Promoting Child Physical Activity Through Social Identity Formation in the Family System

This study looks at whether helping families see themselves as 'active' encourages children aged 6-12 to do more exercise. It compares this idea with standard advice on activity, to see which helps children stay active long-term.
