Anti-viral Action Against Type 1 Diabetes Autoimmunity
This study is testing if a COVID-19 vaccine can help prevent type 1 diabetes in young children who are at a higher risk. It involves giving children, aged 6 months and older, either the vaccine or a dummy shot to see if it reduces their chance of developing certain signs of diabetes.

The Role of Peripheral Afferents in Modulating Post-stroke Central Pain
This study is looking into new ways to treat ongoing pain after a stroke, called central post-stroke pain. It will test if nerve blocks using two different medicines (lidocaine or levobupivacaine) or a dummy treatment can help reduce this type of pain.
