Phase IIb Multicenter Randomized Controlled Trial Evaluating the Efficacy of Sivelestat in Patients with Septic Coagulopathy

This study is testing a new treatment called Sivelestat for patients with a severe blood clotting problem called septic coagulopathy. It aims to see if Sivelestat can improve how the blood clots and ultimately, help patients recover better.
