Sonesitatug Vedotin in Combination With Capecitabine With or Without Rilvegostomig in Participants With Advanced or Metastatic Gastric, Gastroesophageal Junction, or Esophageal Adenocarcinoma Expressing Claudin18.2
This study is testing new combinations of medicines (sonesitatug vedotin, rilvegostomig, and capecitabine) for advanced stomach, gastroesophageal junction, or oesophageal cancers. It aims to see how well they work and if they are safe for people whose cancer has a specific marker called Claudin18.2.

A Study of Novel Agents or Combinations as Perioperative Treatment in Participants With Locally Advanced Resectable Gastroesophageal Adenocarcinoma
This study looks at new treatments for stomach or food pipe cancer that can be removed by surgery. It aims to see how safe and effective these new drugs or drug combinations are before and after the operation.
