A Randomized, Multicenter, Double-blind, Parallel, Active-control Study of the Effects of Sparsentan, a Dual Endothelin Receptor and Angiotensin Receptor Blocker, on Renal Outcomes in Patients with Primary Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis (FSGS)

This study is testing a new medication called Sparsentan for people with a kidney condition called FSGS. It compares Sparsentan to an existing treatment (Irbesartan) to see how well it protects the kidneys and if it's safe over about two years.
