Conquer-AF Protocol for Redo Ablation Procedures in Recurrent Paroxysmal and Persistent Atrial Fibrillation Using the Sphere-9 Catheter and Affera Ablation System (Conquer-AF)

This study looks at a new way to treat atrial fibrillation (AF), a common heart rhythm problem. It's for people who have already had one treatment for AF and it has come back. Doctors will use a special catheter to try and fix the irregular heartbeat.
