External Beam and Radioligand Radiotherapy for mCRPC

This study looks at combining two cancer treatments for advanced prostate cancer: a 'smart bomb' drug (177Lu-PSMA) and focused X-ray therapy (EBRT). The aim is to see if adding EBRT helps keep the cancer from causing problems like broken bones, without increasing side effects.
