Duration of Androgen Receptor Pathway Inhibitor and ADT With Metastasis Directed Therapy in Oligometastatic Cancer of the Prostate (DIRECT)

This study looks at treating prostate cancer that has spread. We want to see if adding an extra tablet called enzalutamide to standard radiation and hormone therapy improves quality of life. It’s for men whose cancer has spread a little, but not too far, and they don’t want continuous hormone therapy.
