Nailfold Capillaroscopy in PH

This study looks at tiny blood vessels under your fingernails in people with high blood pressure in their lungs (pulmonary hypertension). We want to see if changes in these nail vessels match changes in lung pressure and improve with treatment. It's a simple, non-invasive scan to help us understand this condition better.
