Chemotherapy and Maximal Tumor Debulking of Multi-organ Colorectal Cancer Metastases
This study looks at combining chemotherapy with different ways to remove or destroy tumours in people with advanced bowel cancer that has spread to many organs. The aim is to see if this combined approach helps people live longer and keeps cancer from growing for longer compared to chemotherapy alone.

SBRT +/- Pembrolizumab in Patients With Local-Regionally Recurrent or Second Primary Head and Neck Carcinoma
This study looks at a new way to treat recurrent or new head and neck cancer. We are testing if adding a drug called pembrolizumab to targeted radiation therapy (SBRT) can help stop the cancer from growing. This is a Phase 2 study.

Phase II Randomized Trial of 2 Versus 5 Fraction Prostate Stereotactic Ablative Radiotherapy for Intermediate Risk Prostate Cancer
This study compares two ways to give radiation therapy for prostate cancer: 2 sessions versus 5 sessions. It wants to see if fewer sessions are just as good, or better, for recovery and side effects. It's for men with certain types of prostate cancer.
