Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy in Patients With Rare Oligometastatic Cancers (OligoRARE)
This study looks at adding special radiation to standard care for rare cancers that have spread a little. It wants to see if this addition helps people live longer compared to standard care alone.

The Role of Stereo-tActic BoDy RadIotherApy iN Oligo-Progressive MalignanT Disease
This study looks at using very focused radiation, called SBRT, for breast and genito-urinary cancers that have spread a little but are otherwise stable. We want to see if SBRT can help treat these specific areas of cancer growth.

Neo-adjuvant Chemotherapy Combined With Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy to the Primary Tumour +/- Durvalumab, +/- Oleclumab in Luminal B Breast Cancer:
This study is for women with a certain type of breast cancer (Luminal B). It tests new ways to combine chemotherapy, radiation, and new drugs (durvalumab and oleclumab) before surgery to see if they work better at treating the cancer.

Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy vs Conventional Palliative Radiotherapy for Painful Non-Spine Bone Metastases
This study compares two types of radiotherapy for pain from cancer that has spread to bones (not in the spine). We want to see if a newer, more focused treatment called SBRT is better at relieving pain than standard radiotherapy.

Using Breath, Cell Free DNA and Image Analysis to PRedIct Normal TissUe and Tumour Response During Prostate Cancer SBRT
This study aims to make prostate radiotherapy treatment more personal. We're looking at breath, DNA, and scans to predict how well your body and the cancer respond to treatment. The goal is to improve cure rates and reduce side effects during a 5-day radiotherapy course.
