Study of Osimertinib + SRS vs Osimertinib Alone for Brain Metastases in EGFR Positive Patients With NSCLC
This study compares using a drug called osimertinib alone, or osimertinib with focused radiation (SRS), for lung cancer that has spread to the brain. It's for people whose lung cancer has a specific genetic change (EGFR positive) and haven't had previous treatment for it.

Stereotactic Radiotherapy Combined With Chemotherapy or Not for Treatment of Oligometastases in HNSCC
This study looks at treating head and neck cancer that has spread a little, comparing powerful X-ray treatment (stereotactic radiotherapy) alone or with chemotherapy. We're checking how people feel, their quality of life, and if there are fewer side effects.
