A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Sacituzumab Tirumotecan (MK-2870) Maintenance Treatment Versus Standard of Care in Participants With Platinum-sensitive Recurrent Ovarian Cancer (MK-2870-022/TroFuse-022/ENGOT-ov84/GOG-3103)
This study looks at a new treatment called sacituzumab tirumotecan, sometimes with another medicine called bevacizumab. We want to see if it's safe and helps women with ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer live longer without their cancer getting worse, compared to standard care.

Sacituzumab Tirumotecan (MK-2870) Versus Pemetrexed and Carboplatin Combination Therapy in Participants With Epidermal Growth Factor (EGFR)-Mutated, Advanced Nonsquamous Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) Who Have Progressed on Prior EGFR Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors (MK-2870-009)
This study looks at a new drug, sacituzumab tirumotecan, for people with a type of lung cancer (non-small cell lung cancer) that has specific genetic changes and has worsened after previous treatments. It compares this new drug to a standard chemotherapy combination to see if it improves survival.
